Kecak Dance Show
Originating from a Balinese trance ritual, the Kecak Dance was reimagined in the 1930s by Western artist Walter Spies and local dancer Limbak. Featuring a chorus of 100 men without musical instruments, it gained further innovation in 1970 when Javanese choreographer Sardono W. Kusumo infused elements of Javanese theater. This mesmerizing performance is a must-see in Ubud.

Legong Lasem Peliatan Dance Show
Legong Lasem Peliatan depicts King Lasem's attempt to marry Princess Rangkesari, which leads to war with her brother, Prince Panji. Performed by three dancers, it begins with an instrumental prelude, followed by solo and group dances, and ends with the enchanting Oleg Dance.

Barong Dance Show
The Barong Dance begins with the dynamic Tabuh Penegak Bebarongan, featuring rhythmic interlocking techniques and solo drumming. This powerful music complements the vibrant movements of the Barong performance.

Sang Hyang Sampat Dance Show
The Sang Hyang Sampat Dance focuses on maintaining societal harmony. In a trance-like state, dancers wield sacred whisk brooms to “sweep away” negative forces from the farmland, ensuring blessings and balance for the community.
