Join our chef and discover the secrets of traditional recipes, from fresh handmade pasta—like Pici all'Aglione and Tagliatella al Ragù—to classic main courses like Arrosto e Peposo di Chianina, to irresistible desserts like Cantucci and Tiramisu.

    During the lesson, you'll learn how to roll out pasta, select the best raw ingredients, and make some of the most iconic dishes of Tuscan cuisine. The chef will guide you step by step in the preparation of a first course, a sauce, a second course, and a dessert.

    At the end of the activity, we'll enjoy all the prepared dishes together, accompanied by a welcome drink. You'll also get a recipe book with all the day's preparations, so you can replicate the authentic flavors at home.
