You can take your finished original work of art home with you. - The traditional techniques used for kimono, such as dyeing, weaving, and hand-painting techniques will be introduced. - You will select your favorite colors and patterns from more than 200 antique kimonos. - We will explain the historical background and the symbolic meaning of the chosen kimono pattern and the symbolic meaning of each season in Japan. Knowing the story behind the pattern adds deep value and individuality to the piece. - Using traditional Japanese backing techniques, you will attach the selected fabric to the panel. While carefully providing tips on each step of the process, we will work together to create a one-of-a-kind work of art. - You can take your finished original work of art home with you.
