  • An additional surcharge of Mandatory fees of 520MXN per traveler. (Government tax 420MXN and Tulum fee 100MXN) is payable in cash on the day of your activity.
  • You must be able to walk at a leisurely pace for approximately 1.5miles (2km), and be able to climb and descend stairs.
  • You will confirm your exact departure and/or pickup time with the local tour operator the day before your activity takes place.
  • Hotel pickup from Tulum hotels is not available. Passengers staying at Tulum Hotels must meet the tour at the designated meeting point.
  • Roundtrip transportation is available from most centrally located Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya Hotels. You will confirm your exact pickup time with the local tour operator.
  • Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby or meeting point 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
  • Please note that as of January 2nd, 2025, Mexican federal government has imposed a new additional mandatory tax for all visitors attending Tulum Archeological Site (Mayan Ruins). As a result, a mandatory surcharge of 520MXN pesos per passenger is payable in cash on the day of your activity.
