  • At least 4 people are required for this product to take place. If the minimum amount of passengers is not reached, you will offered to rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
  • An additional surcharge of Mandatory fees of 750MXN per traveler. (Government tax 420MXN, Tulum fee 100MXN and natural reserve 230MXN) is payable in cash on the day of your activity.
  • Hotel pickup is available from most centrally located Playa Mujeres, Costa Mujeres, Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya hotels. If your hotel is outside of coverage you will be provided with the closest location to your hotel.
  • Hotel pickups further south from Chemuyil Beach will depend on availability, please check before you go.
  • You will confirm your exact departure time with the local tour operator, depending on the area you are located pickups may start before the times shown on the website.
  • Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby or meeting point 15 minutes prior to your confirmed pick up time.
  • Please note that as of January 2nd, 2025, Mexican federal government has imposed a new additional mandatory tax for all visitors attending Tulum Archeological Site (Mayan Ruins). As a result, a mandatory surcharge of 750MXN pesos per passenger is payable in cash on the day of your activity.
