Our Start: We kick off our journey at Parque de las Palapas, where your cheerful tour guide will be waiting on the left side of the main stage, right in front of the OXXO store—ready to lead you into the heart of Cancun’s street food scene. Our first delicious stop? Esquites, Mexico’s beloved street corn in a cup. This isn’t your average corn snack—it’s cooked fresh with fragrant epazote, served warm with a spoonful of mayo, a sprinkle of salty cheese, a splash of lime, and your choice of chili powder—from mild to "I-need-a-hug" spicy. Each bite is creamy, tangy, and packed with street flavor, just like you’d get from a classic esquites cart in any Mexican neighborhood. It’s the perfect welcome snack to kick off a night full of tacos, laughs, and unforgettable flavors.
