We'll start from one of the few natural accesses to the plateau (Scalas), to enter, through the paths opened by the local fauna, the wild kingdom of the Giara pony.
We'll come across several seasonal marshes, including the largest one on the entire plateau. During our journey, we'll also come across the evocative “Pinnetos,” traditional shelters used by local shepherds to assist their flocks until a few decades ago. The circular tour will be about 7 km long. The hike will end on a plateau from which you can admire the hilly landscapes of the Marmilla.
