Enjoy a unique experience in the beautiful waters of Puerto del Carmen with Mara Guida, a certified instructor and member of the Italian national freediving team. After a warm welcome, Mara will introduce you to the world of deep freediving, clearly explaining the basic theory and the fundamental breathing and relaxation techniques. This will be followed by a guided breathing practice session, which is ideal for becoming familiar with your body and learning to control your breathing in a mindful way.

Once you’re ready, we’ll head into the water to put what you’ve learned into practice: you’ll be able to dive to a maximum depth of 5 meters (16 feet), always in complete safety and under the instructor’s supervision. The experience will conclude with an enjoyable snorkeling session along the coastline, where you can admire the crystal-clear waters, colorful fish, and the amazing marine life of Playa Blanca.
