What you can expect

Hop on the Arctic Route bus for a self-guided day trip to one of Northern Norway's hidden hiker's paradises: the island of Senja. Enjoy a comfortable bus ride and ferry crossing with free wifi and USB charging points.

Start your day at the Prostneset Bus Terminal in Tromsø. After a 3.5-hour drive, arrive at the Mefjord Brygge bus stop. Optional: Enjoy lunch at the restaurant 'Salteriet', which focuses on local food (not included).

After the optional lunch, make yourself ready for one of the many fantastic hikes, starting from Mefjord Brygge. Ask the reception of Mefjord for more information about the hikes. They are happy to tell you about the wonderful trails in their wilderness backyard.

Hop on the bus at 16:50 (4:50 PM) to make your way back to Tromsø, including sightseeing and a ferry crossing. Arrive back in Tromsø at 20:25 (8:25 PM).
