03:00 a.m. - Meet the guide in Guaratinguetá/SP and embark towards Angra dos Reis/RJ;

05:30 a.m. - Arrival at Ponte de Arame in Angra dos Reis/RJ - start of the walk;

07:30 a.m. - Arrival at Cachoeira das Andorinhas;

09:30 a.m. - Camisa Waterfall;

12:30pm - Return to the car;

14:30 - Ponte de Arame embarkation towards Guaratinguetá/SP;

5:30pm - Arrival in Guaratinguetá/SP and end of operations;
