This activity takes place on the island of Vieques, Puerto Rico. It's important for participants to understand that transportation to Vieques isn't included in this experience. Each customer is fully responsible for organizing their arrival on the island well in advance, whether by ferry, plane, or other means of transport.

The tour operator has no control over transportation systems to Vieques, including schedules, availability, delays, cancellations, weather conditions, technical failures, or third-party operational changes. For this reason, we can't guarantee your arrival on the island or take responsibility for any transportation-related issues.

We strongly recommend that you plan your trip in advance and, if possible, arrive in Vieques at least one day before the activity date to avoid unforeseen events.

If a customer doesn't make it to Vieques, is late to the meeting point, or misses the activity due to any transportation-related issues, the booking will be considered a “no show.” In these cases, no refunds, date changes, or credits will be granted, as the operator's service was available and ready to perform the activity as scheduled.

The meeting point, exact time, and detailed instructions are clearly provided in the booking confirmation. It's your responsibility to carefully read all the information before completing the purchase. By booking this experience, you confirm that you understand and accept these conditions.

This policy exists to protect the operation, personnel, and resources needed to carry out the activity, which are prepared in advance regardless of the customer's arrival.
