Welcome to a unique experience in the heart of Patagonia!
This tour will take you through a spectacular journey along the Route of the Seven Lakes, a natural paradise where lakes and mountains combine in an indescribable landscape. Enjoy a short stay in the beautiful town of San Martín de los Andes, where you can have lunch and explore its picturesque center.
We will begin our journey by taking National Route 40, heading east, along the eastern side of the impressive Nahuel Huapi Lake. As we progress, we will enjoy panoramic views that will accompany us until we reach the Limay River, the natural boundary between the provinces of Río Negro and Neuquén.
Our first stop will be in Villa La Angostura, where we will take a brief technical pause of 30 minutes to stretch and relax before continuing. From there, we will enter the famous Route of the Seven Lakes, a route that will take us through two national parks: Nahuel Huapi National Park and Lanín National Park.
Along the way, we will be amazed by the beautiful lakes Espejo, Correntoso, Escondido, Villarino, Falkner, Machónico, and Lácar, whose crystal-clear waters surrounded by forests create a magical atmosphere.
Upon reaching Lake Lácar, we will discover the charming town of San Martín de los Andes, where we will have approximately two hours to enjoy lunch at one of its cozy restaurants, explore the picturesque city center, or stroll along the waterfront.
For the return to Bariloche, we have two fascinating options. One of them is to travel along the Route of the Seven Lakes once again, but now with the sunset light, which will offer us a completely different experience. The other option is to take the “La Rinconada” route, which borders the Collón Cura River and connects with Route 40, providing us with equally impressive scenery.
The return will be determined by the local and operational conditions of the day, but regardless of the option, the beauty of the landscape will always be unforgettable!
