What you can expect

Workshop schedule (3 hours)

  • Preparing Asian cuisine
  • Presentation of the regions of Japan, their history, and their culture
  • Sake tasting

The workshop ends with a convivial food tasting session to savor the creations made together

You will prepare the equivalent of 1 to 2 servings, and containers will be provided so you can take your creations home.

The workshop will take place with a minimum of 5 participants. If there are not enough participants, the total cost will be fully refunded.

To ensure a warm and friendly atmosphere, the workshop is limited to 10 participants.
