We will start with a welcome drink on our terrace which overlooks the serene Tuscan countryside and tell you the history of my winery that has been passed down from my father.
Then I will lead you on a walk through the vineyard to learn the process of harvesting, the history of the land, and the common practices of a Tuscan winery.
After this, I will lead you to the cantina for a wine tasting with a buffet that will feature both specialties from Tuscany and Syria. We will entice you with typical local cheese, and cured meats. Then for the Syrian side, there will be dips like (hummus, babagannooj, shamandar), and Syrian/Tuscan bread.
