Overview

  • Discover two of the most emblematic destinations in Patagonia on a private full-day tour from El Calafate, with a bilingual guide. This experience combines a tour of the mythical Route 40, a navigation on Lake Viedma with views of the impressive Viedma Glacier, and a visit to the town of El Chaltén.

    The adventure begins with the transfer from your accommodation in El Calafate. During the trip you will traverse the immensity of the Patagonian steppe, with stops at the historic Parador La Leona and at different scenic points of Lake Viedma.

    Upon arriving at Bahía Túnel, we will embark to sail on Lake Viedma and get close to the largest glacier in continental Argentina. From the water you can admire its imposing ice walls, the floating icebergs, and the immensity of the Southern Patagonian Ice Field.

    Then we will take a trip to the town of El Chaltén, where we will take a short hike to see the Chorrillo del Salto Waterfall.
