After a short introductory tasting, you will become a winemaker for a day: you will experiment with different wine bases, create your own personal blend, and discover how a label is created. Once you have chosen your wine, you will bottle it, put in the cork and capsule, and design the name and label. The experience concludes with a convivial lunch made with local produce and organic Chianina beef raised on the farm.
