What you can expect

  • Tour one of Toronto's newest and oldest landmark locations - popular with tourists and locals alike. The Distillery District's Victorian buildings and cobblestone streets are steeped in history, and are today lined with hip indie restaurants, bars, boutiques, galleries, outdoor sculptures and theaters.

On the tour, you will explore the largest and best preserved collection of Victorian industrial architecture in North America. The story of a young, inebriated city collides with the rise of the Gooderham and Worts Distillery, their families and so much more.

Spend an hour with one of the expert, enthralling guides who will tell you stories of business intrigue, a drunk city and the company that became the world's largest distillery.

Interested in tasting alcohol? Be sure to book our Prohibition & Spirits Walking tour for Prohibition and Distillery District history along with a flight of spirits for tasting at the end of the tour!
