I grew up in the North of Vietnam and I've lived in the South for 28 years. I've travelled a lot cross Vietnam and many other countries (16 countries and still counting). Therefore I can cook many dishes from different regions.

Learning cooking at my home is a very authentic way to experience. I will share with you a lot of cooking tips and stories.

I specialize in authentic and healthy home dishes, with high quality ingredients. I can tailor traditional menus to vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, lactose-intolerant or special diets, etc.

We will cook 3 dishes from scratch. I will guide you step by step through the cooking process to get the best results.

• Gỏi - Mango/papaya/pomelo/cabbage salads
• Cơm tấm - Grilled pork and broken rice
• Cá kho - Braised fish
• Thịt kho - Braised pork
• Gà sả ớt - Chicken with lemon grass

• Market visit to be offer as per requested with an extra fee.
