What you can expect

Tokori’s specialty lies in the exceptional quality of its beef. According to the manager, the restaurant is committed to sourcing whole Yamagata cows directly from the place of origin, specifically selecting female cows over 30 months old that have never calved. Compared to males, the meat from female cows is more tender and the fat has a lower melting point, resulting in an incredibly soft texture. Thanks to this strict selection process, Tokori delivers the rich flavor of Yamagata beef to customers in its purest form.
