More than 3,000 art works are on display here at any time, giving visitors a digest of the history of Japan from ancient times to the modern era. It may be efficient to hire a guide to make sure you don't miss anything important. The collection changes a little each week, so you can enjoy it no matter how many times you visit.
This tour does not include the special exhibition; we will primarily guide you through the permanent exhibitions in the Main Building and the Horyu-ji Gallery.
