What you can expect

Arrival & Reception: About a 2-minute walk from Gakugei-daigaku Station. Upon arrival, please inform the front desk of your name and complete a brief consultation form.

Changing: Change into the provided robe or innerwear. Towels and toiletries are fully provided by the salon.

Enzyme Bath Experience: Immerse yourself in the warm enzyme bath made from fermented rice bran and hinoki, allowing your body to heat thoroughly (approximately 15–20 minutes).

Shower: Rinse off with water only to remove the enzyme mixture. As the beauty ingredients have already absorbed into the skin, no soap or body wash is used.

Final Meditation: While experiencing a second gentle sweat, regulate your breathing and enter a state of mindful, deep relaxation.
