- Pounding with a large wooden mallet and mortar! This is a special “Wish-Granting Mochi Pounding” unique to HANBEI. Shout your wishes or personal goals with every strike! Whether it's one big dream or a hundred small desires, pound them all into the mochi to make them come true.
- cut the freshly made rice cakes by yourself
- divide into two parts, one for souvenirs and one to eat now
- 10 luxurious flavors to try(kinako, green tea, black sugar syrup, grated radish,ume, mayonnaise, spicy pollack roe mayonnaise, kelp)
- relax and enjoy at the reserved seats on the 2nd floor
- Japanese finale with our special matcha green tea!

This is a hands-on experience that includes mochi pounding and tasting. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not allow entry for observation only. All visitors must register as participants.
This experience may be shared with another group.
Each group will have their own equipment, ingredients, and mochi.
Only the space and explanation may be shared.
