What you can expect

  • Come and enjoy visiting the non-touristy Uros Islands on a small private boat. You'll have the chance to see their floating islands and Aymara culture.

    1. 9:00 am Pick-up from your hotels in downtown Puno.
    2. 9:20 am: The tour starts with a boat ride to the Uros Islands, Titino Lago Mayor.
    3. Around 10:00 a.m., you'll arrive at one of the floating islands.
      10:20 am: We'll explain the history of the Uros and how the islands are built.
      11:00 am Traditional boat ride and demonstration of their activities.

    12:00 pm: Head back to Puno from Uros.

    Approximately 12:30 pm, you'll arrive back at your hotel.
