Know before you book
- Children aged 8+ are welcome; ages 8–11 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 8 are not permitted.
- The venue is accessible for guests with mobility needs. However, it is not recommended for visually impaired guests, and no subtitles are available for those with hearing impairments.
- Guests with heart conditions or epilepsy cannot join the VR experience.
- Phones, wallets, and small bags are allowed; larger items must be stored in lockers. Phones must be set to airplane mode.
- This is a walkthrough experience with no seating; restrooms are available.
- Glasses can be worn with the headset; regular reading glasses are recommended.
- Photography is allowed but must not disturb others. Professional cameras and tripods are not permitted.
- A virtual audio guide will accompany guests throughout the experience.
