Day 1
Go hiking to enjoy Bovilla's wonderful lake view
Discover the beauty of the Albanian countryside on a tour to Gamti Mountain and Bovilla Lake, departing from Tirana. Begin with a convenient pickup from your accommodation and head towards Bovilla Lake.
Along the way, enjoy the views of Tirana’s suburban neighborhoods, offering a different perspective on the local lifestyle. Arrive at the lake’s dam and embark on a hike in Gamti Mountain, following a simple-level hiking track. As you ascend to the top, you’ll be rewarded with impressive views of the lake and surrounding green hills. Take a moment to rest and enjoy the view, and then return back down via the same track. Before concluding the tour, make a short stop at the river below the dam, where you can choose to refresh yourself with a swim in the fresh water.
Finally, return to Tirana, marking the end of this adventure.
