    You must re-purchase a new ticket at the port counter on the travel day.
    No refunds will be given for your original booking.

    • Convenience Stores (Konbini): This is the easiest option in Japan (Seven-Eleven, Lawson, FamilyMart).
      Save your voucher as a PDF/Image.
      Use the store's multi-function copier (Multi Copy Machine) to print from your phone/cloud service.

    • Your Hotel: Ask the front desk if they offer printing services (e.g., in a business center).
      Do not wait until you arrive at the port! Ensure you have the printed copy ready to exchange for your boarding ticket.
