What you can expect

You meet your instructor at the peaceful Pasha’s Gardens, a hidden green oasis in the heart of Thessaloniki. Surrounded by trees, artistic stone structures, and quiet pathways, you step away from the busy city and into a calm natural setting.
The session begins with gentle breathing exercises to awaken your body and mind. You then move into a slow, beginner-friendly yoga flow designed to stretch, release tension, and help you feel grounded. Birds, soft morning light, and the scent of nature create a deeply relaxing atmosphere.
After the movement, you enjoy a small Greek wellness ritual with herbal tea and a short introduction to the Mediterranean philosophy of slow living. You leave feeling refreshed, centered, and recharged for the rest of your day. Sunset sessions available .
