    • Operates with double-decker buses, with a capacity from 70 - 82 passengers. The double-decker buses are wheelchair and baby strollers accessible and have ramps to access the bus if needed. Inside the buses there's space for wheelchair/ baby stroller storage as well
    • Tours operate in all weather, rain or shine. Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances, there might be sudden changes in the route or in the schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures may cause delays and changes to the route
    • Mobile and paper vouchers are both accepted. Guests with vouchers may board the buses at any bus stop but they are reminded to exchange their voucher for their tour ticket with the City Sightseeing staff at the departure/ arrival point Lefkos Pyrgos - White Tower
    • If you select the bus tour and a day tour, your bus ticket must be used within 3 days either side of the date of your tour ticket. Day tours start at 8am from the "Statue of Venizelos" on Aristotelous Square & Egnatia Street. Tour tickets must be used on the day you select when you book your tour
    • Day tour tickets: Please call ahead to reconfirm your booking details with Thessaloniki HOHO (Tsokas Travel) on +30 6936556285. Failure to do so, may result in the tour being delayed on the day
