What you can expect

  • In the heart of Modena, this family-run estate invites you to explore the centuries-old tradition of crafting Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP. Established in the mid-1800s, the estate has perfected the art of balsamic vinegar production, blending history, patience, and passion into every drop.

The guided tour takes you through the vinegar cellar, where aging barrels hold the key to the vinegar's rich, complex flavors. Learn about the traditional production process and how the careful aging over years, sometimes decades, creates a product unlike any other.

The experience includes a tasting session where you’ll savor a variety of vinegars, discovering the unique notes of each one—from the sweet, mellow flavors of long-aged varieties to the brighter, tangier profiles of younger ones.

Located near Modena’s historic center, the estate offers a serene escape into the countryside, just a short distance from UNESCO World Heritage landmarks. This immersive journey is a perfect blend of culture, gastronomy, and tradition, offering a deeper appreciation for one of Italy’s most iconic products.
