Then it’s time to visit the Trevi Fountain, probably the most famous fountain in the world. Then you will discover the exterior of the famous Coliseum, the former amphitheatre where gladiatorial games and other public performances took place. On the way back to Civitavecchia, enjoy a short panoramic ride past some of Rome's other famous sights. You will pass the Circus Maximus, the ancient Roman stadium dedicated to chariot racing, and see the Palatine, where Rome's elite once lived. This route offers a final glimpse of the grandeur of Rome before returning to port.

After an exciting day of discovery, your driver will take you back to the cruise port of Civitavecchia. Relax during the hour-long journey and think back to the incredible sights you have visited. You will arrive in port well in time for your ship to depart.
