Hotel pickup is available from most centrally located Khao Lak hotels and from Phuket for an additional surcharge, payable on the day of your activity. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
Proper attire to enter a temple (No dresses above the knee. No short pants or three quarter pants. Modest shirts. No see through garments. No sports-wear.)
Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Child age is 4-11 years.
Tour departs approximately 9.00am. Hotel pick up is about 30 minutes prior to this time. You will arrange your exact tour departure time directly with the local tour operator after booking.

Prepare yourself for a journey to the long lost zone of, “Little Amazon,” a hidden Banyan Tree forest near Takuapa. You will find that canoeing under the canopy of the giant Banyan Tree forest an absolute delight as it is so peaceful and serene. At a Nipa Palm forest you will hear the songs of local birds along the Klong Sung Nae River.

This tour also includes a visit to Takuapa Old Town. At this small and historical town you will experience the traditional life and culture which has remained nearly unchanged for more than a hundred years. See the period style buildings, small coffee shops, and of course, the most famous part of Takuapa, being the old tin mines and factories that were worked until closing in the 1920’s.

The morning will also include a stop at a cashew nut factory and a visit to a Takuapa fresh market.

After lunch you'll go to a 'Moon Cake' bakery and taste the local Thai “Café Mulan” coffee and Jasmine Tea. Visits will also be made to a Thai Buddhist Temple and a Chinese Taoist Temple before a relaxing and refreshing stop at Sairung Waterfall.
