The Habitat Penang Hill is a world-class rainforest discovery centre set on the fringes of an ancient rainforest. We are situated atop the storied Penang Hill, the oldest British Hill Station in Asia. Our park is a gateway to a treasure trove of diversity; over 2,500 wildlife species call this place home. All proceeds of our park go towards promoting innovative environmental and conservation initiatives via the Habitat Foundation. The Habitat Foundation was established in October 2017 as a sister organization to The Habitat Penang Hill. The Foundation’s mission is to contribute to innovative solutions to conserve biodiversity and protect the natural environment in close collaboration with government agencies, experts, NGOs, and community partners.
