Overview

  • Relive your favorite scenes from ‘The Godfather’ on this filming location coach tour from Taormina or Messina province. Although the location of the plot for the movies was Corleone, many scenes throughout the epic trilogy were filmed in the Sicilian villages of Savoca and Forzà d'Agrò, both of which you’ll visit. See Bar Vitelli and other places where some of the most memorable scenes were shot, and enjoy commentary about the movies from a friendly guide. It's a must for Godfather fans!

The Church of San Nicolò stands on one of the highest points of Savoca and seems to dominate the surrounding area unchallenged. It is exactly in its churchyard that some scenes of the film The Godfather by Francis Ford Coppola were filmed (those of the marriage between Michael Corleone and Apollonia) can only be visited externally

Forza d'Agro

  • 1h
Forza d'Agrò: the characteristic Sicilian medieval village that was the set of the film "The Godfather"
