begins with a warm welcome. Then dress up in a beautiful
African attire. Capture the moment with a photoshoot and enjoy refreshing
welcoming drinks.

ACTION IN THE KITCHEN: Get hands-on in the kitchen as you prepare a traditional
Gambian dish. Learn basic Gambian language words and go around the garden to
pick fresh and organic vegetables to start cooking. Engage in playful Gambian games while still cooking, there is also a local market if you want to buy gifts.
Join a meaningful women’s talk with Aïcha, discussing the importance of women in
Gambian society, and enjoy a lively questions & answers session.

LUNCH TIME: Enjoy your delicious meal in a typical cultural setting. Join us for a
dance session to enhance digestion.

DEPART: Finally, change back to your outfit and bid farewell, taking with
you unforgettable memories and a deeper understanding of Gambian culture.
