The Far North Follies have partnered with the local performing arts cafe to bring the community of Valdez and it's visitors this Vaudeville comedy that teaches the viewer about aspects of life in Valdez, AK through performance, song, and dance. The play "The End of The Road" written by local play writes Heidi Franke and Dennis Humphry features four characters that find themselves snowed in during one of Valdez's epic winter storms. As they are short on food, they start eyeing each other up as the next possible meal. So, each character buys themselves time by telling stories about Valdez history, wild tales of life in Valdez, ghost stories, and even fables about the local wildlife. The Valdez CanCan girls pay a visit along the way, along with other musical guests. Will the stranded gold-panners be rescued before the night is over?! While enjoying a show (60 min run time) you can also purchase from the cafe food, beer, wine, other non alcoholic beverages and coffee.
