You will be welcomed to the site, set in a calm and peaceful environment, perfect for focusing and relaxation. A detailed briefing will be provided on the fundamentals of archery: posture, bow handling, aiming techniques, and breathing. Our experienced instructor will guide you to ensure you feel comfortable and ready to begin. You will practice archery, focusing on each movement while incorporating relaxation techniques for a meditative approach. Each shot becomes an act of mindfulness, helping you refocus and clear your mind of distractions. Personalized tips will be given throughout the session to improve your precision and help you connect with the bow. Once the basics are mastered, you will engage in fun, personalized challenges, such as shooting at stationary and moving targets. This will be a chance to assess your progress while continuing to practice the art of archery with calm and focus. A guided meditation moment will also be included, allowing you to refocus and fully embrace the tranquility of the experience. At the end of the session, you’ll have the opportunity to take a souvenir photo holding your bow and arrows to capture this unique moment.
