The experience begins at a historic dairy in the heart of Altamura. You will watch a practical demonstration by master cheesemakers intent on preparing burrata, scamorza, mozzarella, and all the goodness of milk in a tradition handed down through generations.
At the end of the workshop, there will be a small tasting of dairy products and cheeses. In short, a real Cheese Experience!
From the dairy, we will move on to our 14th-century bakery, passing through the old city center and exploring its most hidden beauties. Claustra, piazzas, and the lifestyle of Puglia will be the setting for a stroll among the artistic beauties of the capital of the Murgia.
Once at our bakery, you will have the opportunity to watch a practical demonstration of how to prepare the dough for the world's most famous bread, discovering the magic of sourdough and the goodness of local flours. All inside our medieval venue.

Outside the bakery, Grandma Graziella and Grandma Teresa are waiting for you, ready to teach you the noble art of making orecchiette (a typical fresh handmade pasta). Water, flour and good will: you can't leave Puglia without knowing how to make orecchiette
