Teide National Park is one of the most extraordinary volcanic landscapes in the world. This guided quad tour takes you straight into the heart of it — on-road mountain routes through dramatic volcanic terrain, panoramic stops with views across the entire island, and a professional guide with you every step of the way.
Departing from Chío, the tour follows a scenic mountain route with stops at viewpoints chosen for their views across the island's volcanic terrain. The pace is relaxed and the roads are smooth — no experience needed.
Before setting off, the team explains the safety rules and shows you how to operate the quad, making the experience accessible even for first-time riders.
Choose from three departure times: 10:00 for a morning ride with clear daytime light, 13:00 or 16:00 for an afternoon tour, or 19:00 for the sunset experience — volcanic rock turned deep amber, long shadows stretching across the landscape, and the kind of light that makes every viewpoint feel cinematic.
Each booking covers one quad. You can ride solo or bring a passenger — the price is the same either way. If the passenger also wants to take the wheel during the tour, a €10 second-driver fee will be charged on the day.
Snacks and drinks are included, along with thermal jackets, full-faced helmets and gloves. At Teide altitude, temperatures drop — a warm layer under your jacket is recommended, especially for the sunset departure.
Hotel transfer is available — after booking, the team will contact you to arrange it. Pick-up from Los Cristianos and Las Américas up to Playa Paraíso area.
Professional photos are available after the tour (€30 per vehicle) — groups may be eligible for a discount.
Teide National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. All routes are on-road; off-road driving is not permitted within the park.
