What you can expect

  • With its elevation of 3715 m, the summit of Teide offers magnificent views of the surrounding islands. From the top, we can enjoy a 360-degree panorama and truly feel as though we are on ‘the top of the world.

    We will go up to the summit as soon as we receive the permit. There is also an option to take the cable car down (this costs +24€/person) or to hike down via Montana Blanca. The exact meeting time depends on the summit permit and the cable car departure.

    With the cable car it is an easy hike, but hiking down on foot is 10 km with a 1400 m elevation change, and we recommend it only for experienced hikers.
