You will experience a Japanese tea ceremony in the traditional tea room, which is probably not found anywhere else in Okinawa. Our experienced instructor will teach you how to enter through the small entrance of the tea room and introduce each tea utensil. After that, you will move to the room where Ryu-Rei-style tables and chairs for tea ceremony are set. At the tables, you will enjoy having Japanese and Okinawan sweets before having the bitter tea. Then, you will learn how to treat each tea tool, and finally you will make and taste your own matcha green tea. Tea Ceremony experience while wearing a simple kimono will surely become a good memory of your trip. Everyone is welcome.

1. Change into a simple kimono.
2. Cleanse your hands.
3. Enter the tea room.
4. Learn the manners and appreciate the hanging scroll, flowers, and tea tools in the tea room.
5. Move to the Ryurei-style table (table and chairs for tea ceremony) room.
6. Enjoy tasting Okinawan and Japanese sweets.
7. Learn how to handle the silk cloth and cleanse the tea tools.
8. Add matcha green tea and hot water in the tea bowl and make your own tea.
9. Enjoy tasting your self-made green tea.
10. Take photos in front of the gold folding screen.
11. Change clothes.
