The Diamond Bridge is one of the most unique and daring architectural landmarks in Georgia. Suspended over the breathtaking Dashbashi Canyon, this glass bridge combines cutting-edge design with natural beauty. Opened in 2022, it holds a Guinness World Record for the longest glass cantilever bridge.

The bridge features a diamond-shaped glass platform at its center, which acts as a panoramic viewpoint — hence the name Diamond Bridge. The glass panels beneath your feet offer a heart-racing view straight down into the lush canyon below, with its waterfalls and steep cliffs.

There’s also a glass café suspended in the middle of the bridge, giving visitors the surreal experience of sipping coffee while floating hundreds of meters in the air.

1. Dashbashi Canyon

1. Algeti Lake (Algeti Reservoir)

   Altitude: ~1,100 meters above sea level
   Type: Artificial Reservoir (created for water supply)

Description:
Algeti Lake — often referred to as the Algeti Reservoir — is a tranquil and scenic body of water nestled within the Algeti National Park. Surrounded by forested hills and mountain landscapes, it serves as both a water reservoir and a popular destination for weekend getaways from Tbilisi.

While artificial, the lake blends harmoniously into its natural surroundings. It’s especially popular in the summer for picnics, camping, fishing, and boating. In autumn, the changing foliage adds a vibrant, colorful backdrop to the calm waters.
