    There are as many as 389 plant species and 151 mushroom species on only 6 hectares.

The island of Košljun is located in Puntarska Draga, about 800 meters from Punat. It can be reached only by taxi boats from Punat. There is a Franciscan monastery on Košljun, where the monks hid numerous objects collected over the centuries and preserved them until today. Several valuable collections are exhibited on the island: ethnographic, natural history, archeology, and a collection of sacred objects that are worth seeing. But don't miss out on the nature and diversity of plants of the island! Museum is open for visitors every day from: 9.30 - 17.00. On Sundays: 10.30 - 12.30. Optimal time to visit the museums and walk on the island is 1-1,5h. Monday-Saturday our boat departs from Punat harbour, from 9.15 to 16.00. On Sundays: 10:30 - 11:30. Your ticket is a return ticket. The boat trip takes 8 minutes in one direction. ​The entrance ticket on the island is independent from us and is 6€/person and 4€/child. If you want to stay shorter or longer on the island it is possible, let the captain know!
