Discover one of Tauplitz’s most relaxing winter routes on this beginner-friendly Larch Snowshoe Loop. This tour is ideal for families, first-timers, or anyone who wants to step away from crowded ski slopes and enjoy a quieter, more immersive nature experience.

Our trail leads through beautiful larch forests and open meadows, where we may even spot traces of local wildlife in the snow. Along the way, you’ll enjoy peaceful scenery and wide-open alpine views. On the return section, we pass several charming mountain huts and even a small mountain chapel - a rare sight sitting at nearly 1,700 meters.

If you’ve never used snowshoes before, I’ll teach you everything you need to know before we start.
