A tasting lunch featuring traditional Romagna cuisine at Brodino, a renowned restaurant in the center of Cesena, listed in Slowfood's Osterie d'Italia guide.
You will dine at a table with a view of the kitchen, where you can watch the chef at work – the son and grandson of true pasta-making maestras!
The menu, which the chef will explain to you directly, seasoned with anecdotes and memories, includes four delicious samples of traditional first courses: Cappelletti di Cesena in meat broth, Pumpkin tortelli with a 30-month-aged Reggiano cheese fondue and crispy culatello, Tagliatelle with traditional meat sauce, and Passatelli in meat broth; a sample of zuppa inglese (a layered dessert), a glass of Sangiovese, a glass of sweet Albana, coffee brewed in a moka pot, and water.
The experience is available from Monday to Saturday, except for Monday, April 6 (Easter Monday), Saturday, April 25 (Anniversary of the Liberation), Friday, May 1 (Labor Day), and Tuesday, June 2 (Republic Day).
