Hi! We are a group of friends who are from the tequilera region of Mexico and we started this project so that everyone can know better the process, the history and how to take it since we are direct friends of several manufacturers and we want to promote those brands that you do not find anywhere. First we'll meet at Homer Avenue 136, 7th floor. Then we will give you a demonstration of how tequila is made with a presentation and models. Demonstrating its 6 steps: Jima, cooking, grinding, fermentation, distillation and maturation. At the end we will advance to the tasting area where we will give you 4 types of tequila (white, rested, aged, strange) from different premium brands in which we will explain their type of process and what the brand was looking for when making that type of tequila. In the end we will give time to table and bring bottles in case anyone likes to buy some product that they have tried with us.
