You'll begin with a stroll to a hidden spot where you’ll enjoy Vietnamese pancakes made by a true local vendor. While you eat, your guide will share the story behind this dish and its place in Vietnamese culture.

Continue your food journey with a bowl of authentic Vietnamese noodles — Bun Bo Hue, Pho, Hu Tieu, or Banh Canh. Each dish offers a unique taste of regional heritage, and you'll learn what makes it special in Vietnam’s culinary tradition.

Next, it's barbecue time! Get hands-on as you grill and enjoy your own selection of shrimp, squid or octopus, pork, and fresh vegetables. Served with a refreshing local beer, it’s the perfect way to enjoy a real Vietnamese-style cookout.
