You will start with a comprehensive briefing from your instructor, who will explain how the equipment works, the safety rules, and the essential techniques for moving underwater with confidence.
For your first dive, you will go on your first accompanied immersion to experience the unique sensations of breathing underwater and to explore the lagoon at your own pace.
For Level 1, you will participate in several progressive training dives, combining the learning of basic skills with exploration. You will learn how to handle your equipment, communicate underwater, and move around independently, always under the supervision of a professional.
