We'll start early in the morning at the Ortigia Market, when the stalls have just opened and the aromas fill the streets. There, we'll choose the fresh ingredients that we'll use to prepare our lunch: a Sicilian-style lunch, a Mediterranean version full of color, flavor, and tradition.
You'll cook three dishes: starters, fresh or dry pasta with a seasonal sauce, and a typical dessert.

Afterwards, we'll go to my house, where you can experience the backstage of local Sicilian cuisine, with a beautiful view of the Necropolis of Syracuse.
We'll prepare the food step by step while sharing stories, interesting facts and secrets of Sicilian cuisine.
