We'll meet at my cozy restaurant, where we can get to know each other and enjoy a good coffee.
Then we'll head to the kitchen, and I'll explain how to cook the ingredients to make arancini, both with meat and with vegetables (vegetarian and vegan). I'll show you the Sicilian tricks to make perfect arancini, both round (like we do in Palermo) and also pointed (like they do in Catania and Syracuse). We'll fry them together, and I'll give you all the info you need for a perfect golden brown. Now for the best part of the experience: eating what you've cooked with me. You'll also get to taste typical Sicilian appetizers like my caponata, made according to tradition, handed down from generation to generation. You'll also have the chance to enjoy a glass of Sicilian wine, and fresh water is included for the duration of the cooking class.
