Your teacher Teresa was born and raised in Syracuse and has been conducting cooking classes in her Villa with garden for six years. Now in a winter location, in her apartment a few steps from Ortigia, she continues to offer traditional recipes that have always been part of the family gastronomic culture. Together with her you will cook three typical seasonal Sicilian dishes and it will be a journey into local flavors that contain history, passion and memory. The recipes will always be different they will respect your diet if you have dietary needs. Teresa doesn't like to change authentic recipes because the flavors can change, but she can meet .
The lesson takes place in an apartment in the heart of the city, in a welcoming atmosphere and you will be the protagonist in every phase of the process, from the hands in the dough to the little secrets that make each recipe unique.
